In 2 months check the guild tower inc and see how many people are wearing that tag and do the same with NaL. I think that's what he means with another dead hat guild.

The guild system revamp is going to prevent people from throwing guilds in recycling bins I believe. But for now it's the most efficient form of towering.

all I know is if Towers Inc. and New Age Legacy agreed to both target 1 tower exclusively and tower there until one of them reaches however many hours, Towers Inc. would win the race 100 out of 100 times

if you use any other measure to determine the "skill" of a tower guild, I don't see how it makes sense

I don't see how you can determine the "skill" this way unless both guilds have the same amount of members on at all times. A guild of 25 noobs can hold back from 6 pros for pretty much forever.
