Just make some time consuming yet easy to implement christmasy quest you know. Let people collect packages/gifts from the quest giver and let them deliver them to NPCs all over graal. Could be one reward for this or you could do it so that you can deliver 10 a day and when you delivered all 10 you get a gift.
