I like the idea. I was thinking there could be a game building somewhere in graal, with game tables already set up inside. You sit down across from someone and play the game at the table, whether it be chess, checkers, connect 4, mancala, etc. There could also be leaderboards inside the building or in the new scoreboard system that was just released for people who are into that sort of thing. Just adds a little bit of competitiveness for activities other than killing.

That all sounds great. The new scoreboard system would be better suited, all though you have to figure out a way to prevent boosting if ladders were added. People can just play against friends? How would gps catch boosters? Maybe you can only gain a win/point(s) from people you haven't played.

We wanted to do this 2-ish years ago but were told to 'focus on things related to Graal' since they have a chess app out or something lol. I still think it would be cool though.

Chess came out way before graal/medieval times. Besides, the main point to counter the "already an app", I want to play chess, checkers, etc, against graal players/friends. If I wanted to play against intelligent people, then outside of graal. (Lmao, kidding people <3), but yes. Graal is a social game, so is chess, etc.

Whats his name? I can't seem to find someone named Blueh.

I think he quit. Here's a breakdown of his chess game.

Has anyone played Graal the Adventure on PC client? There is a Graal trading card game on there that I always thought is really fun, only problem is hardly anyone plays that Graal. I doubt Thor would be okay with iClassic completely ripping it, but I think a trading card game would have a lot of potential. Another fun, competitive aspect that doesn't involve fighting. There could even be a tournament each season just like GST. It would also be profitable for Classic because they could sell booster packs for gralats in order for players to improve and customize their decks.

Unfortunately, creating an entire trading card game would require a lot of work

We already showed Unixmad a plan with a bunch of stuff people could buy so the greedy frog could make his money, but apparently booster packs and stuff aren't as cool as gralat packs.

I programmed chess (drag and drop) in Graal a long long time ago. It was complete except for check, checkmate, draws, and possibly (?) castling. Testing whether a square is a valid move for any piece is a bit different than determining all valid moves for all pieces, which was why I never got check/checkmate implemented, and I never intended to implement draw conditions, which could be much more difficult.
