GraalOnline consists of online activity, so that will be very tricky to handle, especially that you have no knowledge of video game programming. However, there might be some apps out there to make your game online.

The engines you can use are;

Unity
Game Maker
Sketch
Stencyl
RPG Maker
Scratch (That's a perplexed game engine for me. x-x)

There are pros and cons in each game engine, but you have to find it out yourself and see which one fits for your game.

The con for most of them is; You ought to pay money, of course, to release your game or to have more "liberty" in your game. (In-App purchases, Ads, etc.)

If you plan on doing this alone... I'd suggest you to get a skilled partner or a team. Making a game is easier said than done.

If you don't have any skills whatsoever, I recommend for you to gain art, animate, levels, sfx, etc. skills to make this game the best.

Don't forget to plan out your game before making the game. As soon you know what the theme and objectives are, then developing the game would be a cinch. (Not technically.)

Not just any rpg maker it has to be the recent rpg maker mv
Btw for rpgmaker mv its no longer in ruby so if you want to work with mv learn java.

My prof. suggested the progam AppInventor or learning java.
He said AppInventor (which was originally made by google) is way easier though and a bit similiar to Scratch, works for android and has the QR Code feature.

I would also recommend:

Android App Development and iPhone Development from The New Boston.

If you have the drive to learn Unity, learn to use Godot instead because you'd be supporting open source development as well as learning a powerful and legitimately free engine (unlike Unity which includes a lot of caveats when you get down to it).

My current status is I'm a professional pixel artist, and a Art and New Media Teacher. I can create the animations, with pixels. Levels are self explanatory, so right now I just need a scripter. I have a lot of money saved up for this project, and have been talking to three programmers that are interested with only $2000 for an alpha test. I like my chances, thank you.

All you need is Tiled and Notepad. Do it the Python way! :)

If you know Scratch, use Scratch2Python converter to understand how it works.
