Baka, only reason kids wanna get hired now is either for the Power, or the pay. No other reason. None of them are ever on. In fact, when these kids told a friend to kill himself, it took 4 ZPs to finally get one to do something.

Another example: Rebel harassing Chubby and Trigger by learning mspaint and then automatically accepting rude Squad Logos. No one did anything. I asked Andy, then Obliveon, and then Idarkness finally did something. Why is it that out of 16 ZPS, only one of them is capable? SEVENTEEN ZPS TO WATCH A 300 PLAYER SERVER, and they FAIL AT IT. What went so wrong?

Because there's no punishment for ZPs. I've reported issues with staff doing things that should get them fired immediately, and usually nothing happens besides being told "don't do it again!" It's pathetic honestly. I've seen (I won't name names) staff take flags while in stealth, repeatedly hitting the flag and lowering it, and sometimes actually taking it from guilds. I've seen someone (I will name him because he's a douchebag) named Blurb who was hired, then less than an hour after receiving access to zone on his staff account, sexually harassed multiple people, calling them "gay" and other slurs. I told FR and showed pictures and FR did not a single thing. Not a thing. When incompetent people run the staff team, you get a majority of incompetent staff. Hell, let's not forget Tashkin giving a unique hat (chosen and made [really just edited] by this group) to a group of glitchers who were caught abusing a duplication glitch, getting tons of ZC and duplicating rare hats. Then Tash went on to hire 2 of them and the Trade Admin position was born. Looking back, it's really just humorous.

ZPs should be there to enforce game rules and monitor play activity and reports. THEY SHOULD NOT BE WEAPON BALANCING. This is why Zone is a flop. The staff is all over the place and I feel they honestly don't know what they really are doing.

That's like....telling an events team to do gani and Gfx. Ok maybe not but I'm sure 90% of ZPs are clueless and know nothing. This time zone REALLY has failed. We need a new server.

I completely agree. All of them get slaps on the wrist. The thing that honestly annoys me though is that they only hire their butt buddies and then they are either useless, power abusing, or never actually on. I swear, I could do wonders, yet all these kids care about is the payment. Someone told me that Theodore directly said he only really wanted in for the payment so he could get all the auctions. Now, is that really fair? I think staff shouldn't get a payment at all, frankly. But that's just my two cents.

When I went back as Support Admin, I didn't get paid. Alex asked me a few times and I kept refusing to give him my player acc GraalID :P He eventually found out and gave me 100k gralats after a few months of me not being paid. Even staff who want to do stuff aren't able to because of scripting/management. I tried to bring back the SST, asked FR, was told I could, but never got the building or anything set up by him. Then I found out a monthish later that Cassie and Shmegg were going to, and that never happened either for most likely the same reasons. Just one of many examples.
