First one I can't enter when I was curious so I horse hacked, Second one was like an exit for something, Third one is there's a pathway inside and there's water almost everywhere and at the end of the pathway was an entrance but the level I think does not exist since I tried entering back then but it just warped me back.

The 2nd picture used to be the exit to a huge slide that was once in snowtown. It was removed for reason I don't know

What type of baddies?

none of them have an interior there's more examples of this all over the map for example the cave above and below the pyramid in destiny desert they're there for future use just like that cave next to nafets river hat shop it's opened up to be a place to kill baddies now, when in the past it was blocked off and if you bypassed the barrier the cave couldn't be entered anyways.
