No, Graal isn't the only game I play and yes, I encountered "some" glitches but not as many and as often as the glitches and bugs in Graal. I also believe that the people who used the glitch should not even be ban at all, because I do understand that the people who play this game are very young and they are easily tempted to do glitches whenever they learn about it. The whole point why I created this thread is to make devs realize that some people who enjoy playing their game are willing to invest money on to this to improve the game, but until now I have not seen any improvements at all.

And the people who invested money on to this are the people who enjoy the game (means people who have been playing for years). How is that not a measure of dedication?

They don't have a choice? Sure they do. What about changing the system? And no I still firmly believe that hats/accessories should not be reused because it loses its value.

If they aren't punished for it, how are they ever going to learn not to do it? It's obvious they shouldn't have done it.

It’s not an “investment” when you complain about wanting your money back because you aren’t satisfied with the gifts you got, knowing it was a randomized loot system. You aren’t dedicated/care about the game if we go by your logic - you just wanted to get as many cosmetics as possible which is all you care about and didn’t, and so you’re taking it out by complaining about the game.
