If that’s typicslly the Easter bunnies hangout location then it does make a little sense he’s there. His dialogue makes it appear as if his primary reasoning for being out is serving hot chocolate because of the winter season, which does make a little sense.

I mean they could’ve opened the shop without any NPC, I think he’s more there just because that’s his usual location not because he’s running the shop.

I guess its now been established that the bunny owns the shop so its not restricted to easter anymore which is cool I guess
