ok so here is one i was doing like i got the shape and all still cant get the ruffles quite right

Sigh...Shades are a little too similar for a very small image. Dont be afraid to use a darker shade of something in contrast to its original color when dealing with small graphics. And also the tutu was still too rounded off, you NEED the uneven curves on the outline.

thats very true but like what i mean is like the ruffles of fabric that you can see when you look at a tutu straight on not from an aerial view. uhm.. lol that wasnt good wording at all my bad err.. like.. like near where the tutu touches both legs you would be most likely able to see the layers of tool and what not of the tutu thats my main problem and thank you about the top part i kinda feel dumb i didnt think of that XD
