This might be hard to believe, but the game administrators don't live and breathe Graal. They don't need to be contactable 24 hours a day on AIM. If they don't reply to your email, it's either because they just haven't got to it, or there's a good reason (i.e. it's uninteresting/junk). Just accept it.
