Because people use it for bad things and it is affecting the game negatively, the app can block users with ifile. It's possible to detect and so far there is no real way to bypass it unless there's another app like ifile, which could also be blocked.


Basically, yes it can be used for good, but when there is no way to make it impossible to use it for bad then it is best not to even allow it, it's third party software used for viewing and editing. Stefan wouldn't do it, but he could, and personally I think it would at least help.

But other players have full access to head18.png and I don't really see that many people impersonating you, let alone phishing accounts. I understand where you're coming from, but I wouldn't see it as a major threat. People on iClassic always jack staff graphics, but there aren't any complaints about phished accounts.

And what about players that use iFile for legitimate purposes outside of Graal? The developers that need access to the internal files? They'll be restricted too, and it will cause more complaints than if we leave it as is. It's a file browser, and its not illegal. It's just frowned upon, and so is spamming in spars with an M16.

There isn't one malicious thing you could possibly do with iFile to alter the game to your advantage without being caught and subsequently banned. The only thing I can think of is deleting the walk-through tree graphics to see through them, but then you could just auto-ban players missing that specific file.

Even if you did block it, you can simply open the SSH port on your device and access the files from an external device, which isn't detectable at all by the application.
