Stefan is hoping to have it released today (Monday). That doesn't mean it's definite. Just be patient. It'll definitely be within the next decade guys.

You guys forgot that the universal approval time gets in for like 12 hours? Not too sure, but when unix accepts it, there is around this time to make it appear in the AppStore.
When he directly approves it, it will be firstly available in the U.S AppStore, a couple hours / days later it would be shown as universal
(Unless someone's app is valid in certain areas)

When era came out i was sick that day, so i got my grandpas credit card and bught it XD. Literally withing an hour of its release, which was 2:37 pm in my timezone (approximately)

Question. Will it be released for the US app store first? I rember when era was released I was able to purchase it with my Brittish iTunes account at same time as the US people. I hope it will be the same for iZone. p.s I dont want any of infernus' random answers.
