I heard it was for a pretty ******ed reason too. Both times I've seen Alex Damian he cleared pms constantly, saying he was getting spammed, but he hasn't been fired for not doing his job; meanwhile 99% was doing his job and got fired for a reason that stupid. I'm not going to say the reason that I was told he was fired for; it's his decision whether or not to say.

99% Was fired for a legitimate reason. I saw it coming a mile off.

I don't even think he's staff; on another thread snake and some other staff members didn't even know who he is. Seems like he appointed himself as a staff member.

For all those curious, this is what lead to me being fired, (at least from the evidence that has come to my knowledge).

On day two of my hiring, I had gone to check up on a harassment report, which led me to the Z-Room. Once there I notice Ace Ciprioni and Mizzy (leader of Z-Room) just hugging.

So after I dealed with the situation, I confronted Ace as to why he had not handled the situation as he was standing right there, to which he blatantly replied that it was not his duty since he was not a PR.

I would have just left him there in his ignorance if not for two things. 1st, he had the time to warp me away from the Z Room multiple times a few hours earlier, but refused to even gag this harasser, and secondly Mizzy decided to butt herself in. It might be important to state her that Mizzy and I have a very negative history.

Anyways, Ace, Mizzy and I got into a very heated argument which ended with them promising to get me fired.

So the next day, when I try to log on, I realize I've been fired. When I ask Alex if he knows what happened he says that Mizzy reported me for "power abuse", and that a few admins did as well. Funny thing is, the admins that reported me were all apparently "Ciprioni" admins.

I'm absolutely positive that this is what led me to being fired since Mizzy later messaged me to gloat. Though I admit I had been reported several times for screwing around with my size in bases and such.

Now, it's your choice on which side to believe, but seeing as I'm not arguing with anyone and am just stating my theory, I couldn't care less what you believe.

Anyway, I'm am in no way upset over this and enjoyed my time spent with the iEra staff team. You're all cool people, and I hope you keep up the great work.

I will perhaps apply for adminship at the next hiring, if I haven't been blacklisted from the staff team, and if I have managed to clear my name of any false accusations made about me.

Even though I'm not sure this may be the full story, this sounds pretty believable. This is the kind of crap that has made me lose faith in most of the iEra staff team. Corruption like this is why there shouldn't be large staff gangs like Ciproni. It's a shame you didn't get pictures to proof that this type of corrupt horse crap actually takes place. I guess iEra is going to continue to lose many of its veteran players. Even though the player count continues to grow, it'll just be a bunch of scammers, attention seekers, sucks ups, and job seekers. :[

This..... drama..... You was fired for abuse of rights, nothing more. and I had nothing to do with it. If you want to know why I don't handle PR work, is because I'm not a PR I'm too busy creating new content for the server to watch my screen and gag people over language, that's what PR's are for. But if you feel to use me as a scapegoat I am fine with that, you shall believe what you will and I'm not the type to argue so I won't try to persuade you otherwise.

So why are you fueling arguments?
