Ugh, who cares. I swear to god it's not the admins we need to replace it's the player base. Who the hell cares if some guy teases you that's half a world away? And if he cried in real life he should stop playing the game. I seriously suck of iEra's player base whining about every little thing some no life loser says to them. It's like pre school.

People over the internet are so fake, they wouldn't be talking crap offline but they feel they have more control of people online. Its sad, I can agree the player base needs to change News. But like thats ever gonna happen.

This issue is kind of a controversy. Pretty much you can't just blame it on the staff members for handling this kind of situations because you guys are forgetting that staff mostly get spammed for useless things. Also, is not the staff's fault that the player base wants to act like immature and ignorant kids. But then again, there some staff that doesn't even want to help and/or helps their friends only.

I don't know whether or not you're serious or you're just that dumb... Just because you know where everything is in iEra doesn't mean that you should automatically be staff. Those were done by the previous Gani Artists. Something is being done about it. I'd show you the ganis I've done, but I can't since alot is unreleased content.

You'd be surprised. with multiple projects, it can take a while. Depending on the item, you need to script the item, make the art, make the ganis, and get Stefan to approve of the items, and then make the level to sell them.

But not everything we make gets added, and all the players get all butthurt when there is nothing we can do in our power to add it. We can't make any promises.

Valentine stuff? Didn't do that. Summer Shop? Also didn't do that. I did do the hammock gani and the tree climb gani for the Water Park. Do you mean the time when Ace was Gani Admin bring people onto dev server for "training"? That was the past. Are you mad because I didn't hire you for iZone? I would if I could, but I can't.

Thats why you do one ****ing project at a time not multiple projects at once. If era got their **** together and actually worked on one project at a time things would go so much faster

Sometimes staff work on another project when their first project needs something they can't get to at the moment, so it can actually be faster to work on multiple projects.

Call me dumb or rude or whatever I didn't tolerate crap.
I get Pms all the time from people asking why I "quit" and I tell them I was fired. They say why. I say abusing powers apparently. Maybe I did since I was a bit new. One thing is certain. I actually did my job to the best of my abilities. I always gagged players using foul language, after a warning. After that they got jailed. Never did I ban anyone. That's against the rules for a new PR. But yeah I was fired for doing my job. But it was for the best. I went through a mental breakdown shortly after. Some people witnessed that through my crazy lies and post.

Whats up with the pointless fighting? All she was doing was explaining her story, and you can't say they don't fire for that, cause that is easily possible. Doesn't matter if she was new or not, abusing powers is abusing powers. I believe her, lots of admins were fired for dumb reasons, well the good ones anyway. Can we keep the topic at hand and not go off track? I find forum arguments stupid and pointless. It won't get you anywhere.
