that feel when you will never be 12 again and can't experience and enjoy escaping from Midgar for the very first time to realize you've only explored 1/30th of the content in the game

My experience with FF7 as a kid?

*finds it in a bin. looks at the back* "WHOA, this game looks AWESOME. LOOK AT THOSE GRAPHICS"

*goes home, boot it up* "wut....................."

not like Zelda's Water Temple or anything, but still annoying at times

I seem to be taking this game 1/4 chapter at a time. Real slow. I pretty much close the game when I find the next save point.

You're playing a single-player game that was made in 1999, in the year 2013. It's normal. I can't even emulate my favorite SNES games and play them for an hour straight because I feel disconnected from the world. It's almost depressing. The internet has ruined me. :unsure:

I admit using an in-game glitch to get the 9,999,999 gil achievement but deal with it. After I finish speeding through it for one run, I'll take a shot at a 100% completion run.

found Cid's ultimate weapon last night, never knew it was called "Venus Gospel" and I'm assuming that's where the iClassic guild got it's name
had to Google it up after I found it to see if there was any other possibility and it seems more of a significant reference in FFX (gross), but the FF roots are still deep in iClassic

whats wrong with ffx? i thought everyone loved an annoying protagonist that's pretty much sonic's personality/voice from sonic adventure in human form + a cast you feel no empathy for because they're all so generic and shallow (cept auron, auron is ok).

Game was fun, the voice acting was actually cringe-worthy. That god damn laughing scene... it's the type of game where you'd be embarrassed playing it if anyone else was in the room.

I acquired so many Materia that my game glitched out (apparently there is a cap on Materia and if you exceed it then Materia is randomly removed and replaced) and removed my Underwater Materia, which is unobtainable if you ever lose it or don't originally get it

Visited the Square Enix cafe in Tokyo twice last week. Felt more Dragon Quest than Final Fantasy but it had its little quirks.

I don't think it's a 100% perfect game but I have all Materia mastered, all characters, characters at max level, and at least 1 of every obtainable non-key item
