Those who say "OOO I'm gonna apply and get PR!!!" probably will not win. Want to know why? They don't have good Player Relationship and will probably be too nice and give their friends a bunch of stuff.

Btw, I would love to be PR, but GFX is kinda my thing. And I'm busy nowadays and lucky i have time to even type this. Good luck to NCJ! Just don't have your hopes up too high yet k? And btw Jatz and the PR's, can u make the application a whole lot shorter cuz I would have a hard time filling it out with my work i gotta do. THX! Tho I've mainly wanted to be ET not really PR. If I were ET by Friday of next week I would try to do Events every hour. NOT KIDDING. And i would try to do it every weekend if i could for at least 6 to 8 hours a day.(Talking as in time passing by, might be a few 15 min breaks.)

Oh and btw admins choosing the PR's don't choose newbies k? I don't like when haterz hate. Choose someone people on the server know and look up to. That way, no complaints and everything is fine. Tho "WAAAAT NO DONT STOP EVENTS KEEP GOING" might still happen.

Oh and those experienced players know people well so they know what to do.

Staff can only host a maximum of 5 events for ec a day, per the new rules. And don't worry, I'm sure that the best people for the job will be the ones chosen

Not exactly true John, many PRs have been chosen not because they were the best candidate, but because they have connections. Let's hope every new PR this time actually deserves their spot. Best of luck to all of you. By the way I am not hating on current PRs i am just stating past experiences.

It is true that some PR's have connections to staff ~ But they also applied the normal way and have proved that they can do the job. All PR's that are currently staff have applied with applications (to the best of my knowledge).

So! Personal opinion time! My thoughts! Not reflection of all staff of Classic! Take note that I do not hire people! I only say this because I know some particular broken records will use this (after they severely mutilate it and misquote) as justification for their twisted purposes!

SO! I have Graalian friends. A large chunk of them I would never recommend to become staff. However I've come to know a few very well. If a position came up that I think they were suitable for and i was in a position to recruit, I would likely recommend and why not? It's much easier to assess someones capabilities when you've known them for a long time rather than reading an email with 10 filled out answers. Should I just say, "Sorry Person-X! I already know you are perfect for this role but since I *do* know you are perfect for this role, I cannot hire you."

The way I see it, it makes sense that if staff happen to know someone who they think are suited for the role, they will be added. If they are unable to use this method, they can fall back on other recruitment methods. Note that one particular recruitment method involves going through literally thousands of applications!

Finally, if you aren't capable of being our friend, why would we want you in our family?
