The thing about UN going to iPhone would mean that PC would be removed. Because most of UN is still running on the outdated platform of GS1. Most of everything would be transferred over (items, hats, bodies, heads, IMGs, but not Tiles.) We were suppose to be given an entire new server, and was going to be re-coded from the ground up. UN as you know it now would be removed. and be replaced by iUN (or codenamed as NewNation), which will be-able to handle much more than it can currently and should be able to handle at the same level OR MORE than what iPhone can currently.
HOWEVER. We never got our new server due to Stefan leaving, (Whom was giving us our FB test client, and our new server. To be clear, we did get a FB test client, but never the new server.) At the moment, UN going to iDev or FB is a dream, Until we find someone whom is willing to give us the same server Stefan would have anyway.
