Ew.

512 MB of RAM will be your main problem. So will the 1.3GHZ processor if it's single core. You could get better for cheaper.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 is a great phone. Even after a year and a half, it still runs snappy and smooth.

Some specs of the I747 model are listed below (different models may have better or equal specs).

- 1.5GHZ Duel Core Processor
- 1.56GB of RAM
- 16 GB internal storage (SD Card slot included, up to 64GB)
- 4.9 inch screen size
- Sturdy (my opinion)
- Removable battery, could increase the battery up to 7000MAH.
- Runs Android 4.4.2
- Keyboard is responsive unlike other android ones

$199 off-contract from ****** Mobile (viewing on Best Buy's website), $1 on-contract.

I think I'd be better off saving for a phone with better specs as Vendetta stated, e.g. HTC One (m8): $1 on-contract, 2.3 GHz quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, 32GB expandable by microSD up to 128GB, etc. etc.

Yeah, the oneplus one was what I have been looking at, but recently they've been having issues with the phones not being delivered at all and terrible customer support.

If 1+ gets their act back together, I would go for it; but I'm still leaning towards saving for the HTC One (m8), Moto X, or Nexus 6 instead.

Delivery issues are probably due to the fact that way more people are buying than were expected, they keep little stock so if they get large influx of orders they can't always fulfil them all straight away (this is why they had the invite system). Customer service wasn't too bad for me, they took a while to respond but when they did my problem got solved pretty fast.

You have a 1+1? How is it from your personal opinion?

Sorry it took a while to reply, don't check Graalians a great deal.

I've had the phone for several months and have absolutely no regrets buying it. Runs pretty much all games smoothly, battery life is great and is just a really good all round phone - especially for the price.

I've haven't encountered many problems but sometimes the phone can get pretty hot on the back when playing high end games for long periods of time. CyanogenMod can sometimes be buggy, this is pretty rare though. There was one occasion where my phone restarted itself when one of the CyanogenMod processes crashed.

I'd suggest checking out some review videos though!

This one covers most stuff, pretty much all the bugs he mentions with software have been fixed though.

Yeah, I've seen MKBHD's review as well as a few others, the 1+1 is a good phone.

However, I opted to buy myself the second generation Moto G (GSM unlocked) for US $160 (on sale from $180) off Amazon, it's a lower-end "budget" phone, but it'll get the job done.

It's got Lollipop

I just use Straight Talk from walmart.. Its a month to month pay as you go but you can use it on any at&t or Tmobile phone with that carriers service for 50$ :)
Upside its 50$ all unlimited (2.5 gb)
Downside it doesn't offer upgrades :(
