I agree that we should not report people by Pming staff However; I think all GP should have Pms on at all times to answer questions. I know all questions can be answered through email but that can take a while. I know Staff don't want all the spam but you sort have got to expect it when You are in a position of authority and You have a bunch of Pre-teens playing.

Disagree. We got a ton of other work to do thatn to be looking for the one message that ISN'T spam in our pms. We have pms from friends off, but we can't always get to all the messages and they erase as soon as we sign off. Email, facebook, skype. I always answer. Just be patient. I don't understand why you guys can't be patient or NEED TO KNOW SOMETHING RIGHT MEOW OMG. There is no other game in the app store like this...

Do you know what could solve this problem? A FAQ team. Not that it is a problem but most pre-teens and younger kids tend not to be to patient.

FAQ team = Graal Police = Player Relations. Titles are pretty pointless when you have a playercount this big. Again, we do respond to players. For example: Right here right now...

In the very short time I worked for Era iPhone, we used to get loads of reports, at least 2 every 5 seconds and they would only be investigated if there was a PR online. I don't know why, but development staff don't really handle it. It's not because they can't, because they have the tools, but it's because that they are told (like I was) that it's best left to a PR. obviously me being me I investigated anyway but it's just development staff are told to stick with development and PR's are supposed to deal with it. I think it's a load of crap.

I also think they should hire alot more people with asian and australian time. I hate my time zone because like no gp is on and that rly sucks. Matt please hire some gp's

I'm sorry, but why would a lack of online GPs affect your gameplay?

Great proven example of how PRs and GPs are the SAME THING. Just different names.
