I feel like I'm automatically placed on everyone's ignore list

Now i don't make customs or play Era, however what i do know is that this is pretty much plagarism. You must put in clear, bold letters that these customs are not of your creation. Your website could also be taken down because much of what is on the website you have had little to do with. It doesn't take long to add files of some customs onto a website and very little of it is actually stuff you have created. Also, your website looks like something from before 2008. The menu buttons at the top aren't even in line with each other and you've put very little effort into it as far as websites go. Take the website down and start a fresh is what i recommend you do.

Thanx for your input and ill look into the menu button spacing. As for your other observations its clearly not plagarism as the only guide that someone else wrote credit is clearly given at the top and inside the guide (grandpas sparing guide in the guide section)if your talking about the heads (that everyone is mad about) no one has even taken the time to read the home page as it states to give credit to the artists even though they are now eras images. As for the simple no frills look of the site its going to most likly stay that way because i personally dont like all the way the new websites try to glamorize themselves.

This head literally exists in-game without needing to be purchased, so why upload it as a custom?

Uploading private customs is one thing.

Uploading standalone bodies, heads and shields that come free with the game is hinging on borderline ******ation.

Just come clean and say this stuff isn't mine and I didn't get permission to use most of it.

And don't wait for people to come to you and request that you take down their custom because chances are they won't even know you uploaded it. Waiting for them to come to you is just another lousy delay to keep their stuff on your site.

Like I said before, if you wanted this to be legit, you should've asked before you uploaded.

I use and support KissAnime, Piratebay and other sites with movies, but I see this thread as a complete joke, especially the part when he got fired for getting heads using a staff account.

Couple of things. Cant get fired when you quit something 6 months before a staff says your fired (staff fail at its finest in my opinion) not coving my ass about anything on the website it is what it is and im not going to go ask 2000+ players if its an upload and is it ok to use WHEN ITS NOT THERES no heads came from other peoples websites they are all in game already meaning they are graals (dont like it then bring it up to staff) as for the in game heads as someone pointed out you dont think someone might want to edit it? Same reason theres more hats and weapon templates then heads because players want to edit the stuff. Heads in general are not going to be pulled end of story the way im doing it is going to stay.


Id also like to add that theres been over 1k unique visitors since the post of this and only a handful crying about it on this thread. So i figure most dont care about it one way or the other or like it and dont want to deal with the rage some of you carry inside yourself.

I feel like it would make everyone happier if you could give more credit to the people who made the uploads (like include their name under the head/body). It would seem less like stealing (though it's Fair use from what I'm seeing) and more like +rep to the people who made them.

What happens if you make a custom, copyright it, upload it to Graal, does it void the copyright?

I've always wanted to copyright my work and somehow get it uploaded on GraalDepot so I can file a copyright claim with their webhost.

As soon as "art" is created it's under copyright. You can register it then upload it and if a website then posts it and if someone then Uploads it to graal servers you could Sue for damages up to $150k but won't get anything above what they profited.
