Hey just be glad that an option to register your account where you have full control is underway without needing to use a "Parent e-mail address".

That was always something that really bothered me not only in Club Penguin but in registering a Disney account or any of their other platforms you were defaulted to requiring a parental e-mail even if you were of age but after some discussing and analysing the age demographic they finally understand that people of age play.

P.S, Club Penguin Islands is playable already in Australia, New Zealand, and Canada on iOS devices!!
