it boils down to spar being dead lol. from 2012-2014 there were alot of skilled sparrers sparring 1vs1 all the time and to be able to go on a 30 streak meant that you were REALLY good because everybody else sparring was decent or really good aswell.
Now theres only 2-3 decent sparrers per room, rarely ever any REALLY good people. So a top 10 sparrer list would be just naming old inactive sparrers which is silly because they don't even spar now.
A better list to do would be top 10 sparrers of all time on iclassic and top 10 sparrers of all time on ALL classic styled servers.1.
In which case I would say ( i dont include people with EXTREME delay because i dont really see it as fair)

Lol not for me, I tend to win most spars with my delay(I live in America, idk how)

I'm also someone who delays and is in America. You may live in a deadzone or lack of cellular or Wi-Fi connectivity like me as well,

But Delay can be a disadvantage as well as a advantage. It Depends on what you are strong in a person in terms of spar, For me personally I was actually extremely crippled by delay,

It destroyed my spar abilities because for one I wasn't used to it, And secondly I didn't understand it nor did I know how to spar with it and I also didn't have the right skills to be good with delay at all .

Take note as well I was probably one of the best sparrers actually around 2013-2014 considering I had an extremely good ratio with only 2 people I know of having better ratio being kiyan and shade. Infact I'll actually post an extremely old screenshot my friend found ironically about 3 weeks ago or more.

I started delaying in 2015, I am still relearning how to spar even after 3 years and there is obstacles delayers simply cannot overcome no matter how good you get.

Clean delay is kind of like an "overpowered" champion, at lower tiers they rock beginners, but at higher tiers it's the other way around

Someone who knows what they're doing can easily catch them, since non-delayers register hits first. As long as you know their timing, you can win effortlessly

I notice one thing with most delayers and laggers in spar. Almost every delayers and lagger I go up against almost always spar exactly the same, as if I'm sparring the same few people over and over.

Besides a select few, most delayers and laggers cannot evolve in spar tactically. They figure out that they can simply go back and forth in that defensive c-style and see that they're winning doing it, since the ones with more stable connections have a hard time hitting them. I see that they get stuck in a pattern but are still relying on simply defending themselves for the most part.

Besides Droon, Saeed or Sarah, every other delayer seems limited in any tactics or tricks, there just becomes one point where the delayer doesn't know how to truly predict and simply goes in a direction, in c-style, and hits to find that it works. Not every person has exactly the same latency, either, and that's what throws everyone off a little. Ye' could go against someone from Brazil who can be hit 3-4 tiles in front of where their actual character is and someone from Spain could be hit slightly more or less. Just examples but you understand, I hope.

I'm not one of the best now, But before 2014 and when you wasn't even 20K-6K yet there was other players who was even better than me, Shade, Kiyan, R, are a few examples of people who was better than me then. Now I don't spar even nearly as good since I can't spar well at all with delay

The 10K hour chart was already filled long before me or kiyan or shade hit 10K, along with the stat number 1 thing I don't know what your referring to? Actually just read the chart you sent thought you was meaning the one in Arena, that chart only seems to account for active spatters in 2013-2014 who won a lot of spars, from what I understand of it of the top 28 it seems.

I wouldn't be qualified to be in the chart at all because for one, I wasn't an active sparrer, My spar pattern then was much like now. I didn't spar every single day if anything I only sparred maybe 2-3K a year if not less or more depending on how often I felt like sparring, Sometimes I'd spar a few times a week sometimes I wouldn't. Infact in the entire 4-5 years I had that account, I only joined one GST. And I only joined because a friend wanted me to. Which is why people like Isamu,kiyan, shade and other of my friends remember me more since I rarely sparred and why people like thallen don't remember me even though I had fun once dressing up in complete yellow and ran around him once like a duck to annoy him, Which may spark his memory of that annoying duck troll

He's also claiming 2 more people had a higher ratio than 15:1 which has never happened and he's never had a 15:1 ratio either. Sparred actively every single day for years and I've never heard of those people.

No dude you don't suck cause you have the worst fake delay on graal but because you move like a noob in spar it's like someone who's in the early stages of learning how to spar. If other people try to spar you, they will say the same thing.
Your extreme delay is the only thing that helps you be positive cause other people don't know how to spar delayers.

Again, Screenshot was taken years ago, Just because it says it was on last hour doesn't mean I was eternally forever stuck being on one hour ago for all of history. And if people don't seem to believe me ask Isamu,ace,kiyan, my step sister,Yato, ect and other friends I have who I met on that account. And if coco is allowed to post tickets I sent to toonslab here she or dusty can verify also I have asked for the email address of that account since I sent multiple tickets over 3-4 months. I know it may surprise you but it isn't or wasn't uncommon at a point in time to have 15:1 or even better, when I first started playing around late 2011 or early 2012. There was a good bit of players who had pretty big stats in terms of ratio.

And lastly I choose to spar "like a noob" for a reason, Simply because it's easier for me to more accurately hit someone. When I spar I disliked moving feeling it always led to me getting hit more so I usually stood still and waiting last second. Which I can't do now because they probably won't be there when i hit them

The hat was never on the body. It was originally a hat obtained from Christmas gifts, later on added in nafets.
