I'd take one bad finals (4-3,2-5,8-6) over going negative and getting swept in every finals appearance

man iam jus gonna say this was my very first time on VIS' main team and we made finals, so idk where you make that assumption. And getting swept every finals?? I've made 2 out of 6 or 7 total gsts I've done. The scores were 3-2 and 3-0..
i'd take making finals with my boys than winning by selling out to Alumni/7ives. If I really wanted to win I had many opportunities to join, but after seeing even you can win with them I don't think it would prove much

We may be the best guild by far but we arent that good to win with 4v5 (unless we are gsing dot) at least my buddy hit someone unlike u so back off

whenever I watch Jord he seems to do well. I know I have a hard time with him when we are matched up. Definitely one of the more underrated gsers around. I think that Aserus is generally underrated (that isn't to say people see him as bad... but to me when he competes and is active he would be somewhere in the top 5-10).

Interestingly enough I feel like the majority of 7ives is a tad overrated. I don't think that, as individual gsers, they're miles above all the competition (or, at least not as much as their current streak would suggest). But they're teamwork is so great that they generally can sweep the field without needing to feature anyone carrying. But if you count teamwork into individual ability than they're all top notch gsers. Their recent streak of victories is a testament to their ability to work together, not necessarily just because they're the 5 best pure idev gsers.

I don't think 7ives as a whole guild is overated like you claim (meaning everyone). Or even underated, they're just good lol. Maybe some individuals are overated but I wouldn't say everyone is.

As long as the mentality of these idevs have the words "but, if, could have, should have, would have" in them, they'll keep performing well enough to stomp the entire rest of the field.

Nothing against delayers, but it would actually be interesting if the whole gst was played in the same location with the same devices (phones, pc, tablet)

They would not do anywhere near as good, I have nothing against them in friends with some of them but their spar style has been build to take advantage of their delay naturally, so if all delay would go away they would have to re adapt their dose styles which would be like sparring for the first time again gs players who have been doing it for years already

Aye, I never really enjoyed GS. The best I've gotten to teamwork in this game was towering, but those days are over. GS is strange. Given that it's a tournament, I just don't feel like sparring people that lag or delay, as it would ruin the experience for my entire team. I'm sure many of you who do GS are used to it but it's nonetheless very frustrating to lose a round because of a person or people that was/were difficult to hit.

I find it less frustrating in a normal spar since I'm focusing on but one person. If I'm in a GS, and I'm going up against a complete international team of Pinoys, South Americans, Eastern Europeans, etc, I have to worry about anticipating where up to five players would be. I'd be guessing many of my hits unless I'm a machine.

It would be a nightmare. I simply don't have fun with that, and I'd prefer not to force myself to attend a GST since I feel it would only make me worse at sparring. I found it very difficult to be patient with former guilds. Cooperation would sometimes lack, they became too inconsistent, they'd point fingers, yada yada yada.

I can't find a guild that doesn't have this problem. Everyone is just too young and can't keep their composure through both wins and losses. I'll pass.
All the guilds seem to start little rivalries and roast each other for bragging rights; I'd prefer not to mix myself up in any of that. I'm better than to stoop to insults, but apparently nobody else is.

Besides, hats are hats and I'm fine with my standard leather helmet and goggles. I can also jog in place and that's cooler than any gst item anyway.

i'd say OP is pretty underrated considering he spends time complaining over people's honest opinions about his skill level rather than proving them wrong in any way

I think Vlad and Plato are underrated and the rest are right where they are perceived. T3CK isnt overrated, he's just bad because he never spars or even cares to improve.
