I don't mind sharing my age with everyone.
I believe as an older player it is moral to let everyone know.

My age is twenty-three.

Earlier this year I had to use a calculator to find that out since I don't remember it. :]
(I knew I was around 21-24)

There is nothing wrong with the older community liking Graal as well. If they can own an iPod and the want to play a game, why not?

Same with the PC version, it is a great way for programmers, artists, and composers to have fun or for others to relieve stress.

I wasn't serious about the 'Not like all you old peeps,' bit. 0.0

Just wondering but what's immoral about not sharing your age if you are an older player?

The part that I left out is some older players don't play to play games, but play to prey on young children. Not stating their age deceives those children into believing else-wise.

What reason would an older player have to hide their age? Kids on the other-hand I believe have the right to not have their age known.

david has insecurity issues

I am very confident in my self, but I do have issues with those without morals, and those who don't use correct grammar and punctuation to their abilities. More so on the morals since the grammar and punctuation problems one must put up with. :]

You'd be amazed how many people my age still communicate worse than that... OMGPOP blew my mind in the over 18 chatrooms. x.X;;

^- In case you've happened to miss it, this too.

As a peer health advocate, I will do what I
think is right, and what I can to back others up.

So you will see me sticking up for members being
wrongly put down, or things I believe are unethical.

I always try to justify my answers also, since it is true
that not everyone goes by the same set of morals.

I'm a Fine Arts major going for my Bachelors of Fine Arts, with an associates degree in Fine Arts. I just take an interest in law, philosophy, and economics. I view of Programming as an art too, since it is the act of creating something...

philosophy |fəˈläsəfē|
noun ( pl. -phies)
the study of the fundamental nature of knowledge, reality, and existence, esp. when considered as an academic discipline. See also natural philosophy .
• a set of views and theories of a particular philosopher concerning such study or an aspect of it : a clash of rival socialist philosophies.
• the study of the theoretical basis of a particular branch of knowledge or experience : the philosophy of science.
• a theory or attitude held by a person or organization that acts as a guiding principle for behavior : don't expect anything and you won't be disappointed, that's my philosophy.

Many probably don't want to read all that comes next, so those who care can.
Spoiler
Honestly, my belief is all morals are only created so that humans can live in harmony, so that they can go towards their one goal which is ultimate pleasure or well-being.

In one place it is moral to not eat other people, in other places cannibalism is okay.

Same with we believe all human lives are worth something, yet we kill bugs.. shouldn't their lives be worth something too? Humans are not everything...

I try not to judge things from one view but to look at things from other perspectives...

I can tell you one thing though, philosophy is confusing as heck, and I've somehow managed to get a B after failing all the pop quizzes..

That astonished me lol.. My professor 1-2 weeks in told me I should probably dropped out after I said my only philosophy class I had was Business Ethics which was not a great base...

Kiko 05-16-2012 08:01 PM
