Haters gonna hate, also it's easier to release mellee's than guns since there's less balancing issues involved which is what people complain about the most.

It is not a job, regardless of whether or not you have to fill out an application.
It is a volunteer position that staff take upon themselves to get experience, to have fun (in some cases) and to help keep Graal running smoothly.

One does not just get promoted to the PWA (Global) team after X amount of years. The Global's hardly ever recruit, and if they do I'm sure they have a list of people they're interested in, and wouldn't necessarily recruit from playerworld/commercial staff.

I wouldn't imagine globals being paid, I imagine it's a volunteering job not unlike our own.

Miss the old days I could dig for guns and it wouldnt take 4 days. Plus, the guns back then were SO much better then the new guns now. I once dug 12k in one day, I got an AK47, and M4, a car, and a skateboard. Now a'days that would be half the amount I need for a **** gun.

If you want to keep whining about our staff's choices, leave. We don't want people that will just be a pest begging for more guns over melees. Want guns? Make some.

And a concern of mine directed toward the staff: In iEra, aren't you a gangster? I don't see any mugging, car stealing, etc.

I think the game should be more gangster oriented. I wouldn't mind more guns, just don't whine about it.

Ignatius, thats plain ******ed. I don't know how stupid you are, but if we want guns, we don't make them! thats the staffs job, and they don't do it. Why the hell would I do something just because staff is too lazy to? We can whine, you just shouldn't be an ass about it.

We're players, players shouldn't be doing the work.

If nobody made suggestions or 'whined' about things they don't like or things they want to change, then the server won't progress and players will get bored of it and stop playing. A player's voice should be as valuable as a member of staff's voice.
You can't have everything you know. It's harder than you think, sitting there for a good few hours (sometimes a day or two) working on a new system for player's to enjoy or to sit and make a good looking level. Staff don't simply pull content from their behind; it's hard work that's taken a long time to create.
Era iPhone isn't all about gangsters and shooting people. Granted, it plays a large role, but there's also the social side of things to look at that also has a significant role to play in making Era what it is. Players don't just play the server because they like to shoot anything and everything that moves on their screen. They like to play because they enjoy socializing with their friends online, as well as meeting new players.

It's a fan forum.

Whining is different than asking. And no, it isnt the staff's job to make guns. However, the gun administrator does do some gun GFX, and so do some of the staff members. They are not forced to, but they do anyway. It's optional, that's why you should make some.
At least Jester's guns are amazing, and I highly doubt that his guns will be turned down in the future. Look where his OPTIONAL hobby has taken him? He's a Graphics Administrator on Strosteria.

We got lollipops. More melees. Melees should have something unique ability with them. For example. The Legend of Era sword has the ability to heal you.

I have an idea. A blood thirsty axe/sword good for Halloween shop (yes I know it's early to say it) where it will heal you for every player who gets killed by your melee. Making this melee used to finish off enemies.

OR, Era could release a good gun, perhaps the RR12?
