This is actually a serious issue and you should get all your items back.

Considering the fact no admins have helped me, And Toonslab has completely ignored the video I showed them showing concrete evidence I had at least 2 of the items that no longer exists on my account I posted even on this forum and it's been over a month since I lost them. I think my chances of ever getting my items back are pretty non-existent at this point actually lmao sad but true actually despite how much I want em back they probably aren't gonna just cuz sometimes graal is a pain in the spine.

I've had images not update for months until I deleted the filenamecache file. Most common issue is heads or bodies not showing at all until the cache is cleared and they actually download.

A clear cache function would have to be implemented at the client level. Give up any hope now. Then again, if you were to delete your cache, it's not that much extra data to just reinstall the app.

I've lost items in the past as well, and even locked gralats in my gh. Nothing was done about though and doubt there is anything that can be done.

I feel admins probably could do something about it. But probably too busy or perhaps lazy to do anything about it. I gave admins absolute concrete proof I had those items. And what admins do? Nothing. Even Toonslab did nothing. I just hope admins fix this. My friend actually this morning lost everything hat he had. Even the noob hats oddly.

A "Soft" Block option would be nice. Something that does not return a message to the sender saying that you've blocked them.

The "8 Bit Bow" item from nexus has some stray pixels in the animation when it hits a wall. At first I thought this was intentional, but they appear in up/down animation but not horizontal. Also, no trails on that bow... kinda makes me sad :P

2.) All 1p horses are reportedly the same speed, while the 2p ones are various speeds depending on their cost.

Is it just me or did the bat AI get an upgrade? It was actually challenging to ill the skull bat. They seem smarter/reactive to the player now, while before they were just kind of randomly flapping around. Now they dodge out of the way and try to sneak behind you?

Think the bats just got sick of your ****, Joking, But I also noticed that. And with the slimes, I think. Thought it was just me that noticed this.

Need a visible in-game description to explain what the 'horse shoe' item in the castle courtyard can and can't do. People are buying it and expecting to put it on 2p mounts.

When classic is in a world where your horse can literally eat an entire bomb whole, And somehow not get their insides blown up but then instead gain the power to breath literal fire or bomb breath on command. And how your mount somehow becomes several times faster just by eating entire bushes. While we are at the topic of bushes. This is also a world where bushes are twice as lethal as any sword, bomb or arrow, You know, actual weapons made to kill people. Or how you somehow got pockets big enough to carry several mounts, Your entire bomb collection, all your hats, All your other clothes and basically literally anything you own that isn't furniture. And you think mounts having to be on the ground to wear horse shoes to make sense justifies any of this madness?

It makes sense because flying mounts have the benefit of travelling over water, so the horseshoe just makes the grounded mounts a little more viable

Not sure if you mentioned that vpns can't connect to graal anymore. I'm sure this is related to last gst when half the guild that won was using vpn's to gain an advantage. Honestly you should allow vpns as people are entitled to privacy or whatever, but disconnect them the second they enter a spar ring, tower, etc. Wouldn't be surprised with who disconnects come gst

I really like the new lizardon battle logic. The random chase time makes it more engaging to fight them than before when it was a set time they were chasing after sighting a player.

Gralats held up as dive loot (when diving) display as the old gralat graphic still, not the newer one seen forming from slashing bushes or grass.

Please disable players from exploding the bombs earlier using the lantern. Reason: using the lantern to explode the bombs is only used by players in-order to kill them selves enabling their opponents from gaining a kill in towers.
It’s already hard enough trying to kill players that attempts to suicide using spikes and bombs normally.
