Is there enough source material to make a Season 2 for Trinity Seven?

GlazeyB 12-28-2014 10:18 PM

There's 44 chapters out, the anime ends at 30. So, no.

Grisaia getting two more seasons.

Pretty sure I read an article of one more season covering two more novels. Not sure if I read it right though, since I skimmed through the title :P

So ill ask two questions here.

What do you think was the best anime of 2014?

What do you thinkwas the worst anime of 2014?

Rules for this (you can chose to go by these rules or ignore them)
. Show had to of finished in 2014 (this rules out ongoing shows such as Parasyte)
. Long running shows that ended in 2014 do count
. Sequal's do not count unless the first and second season was in the same year (the reason i am putting this rule up is due to how you would need to have watched the first season to understand points in the second) however squeals do count in the worst anime list due to how a different season of a show could have been awful

Now onto my opinion of the best anime of the year: Ping Pong The Animation

Story: 10/10 (a story that was about why these characters played ping pong and it was excuted amazingly
Music 10/10 (a soundtrack that managed to stand out in a year filled with amazing soundtracks, listen to The Hero Appears and you'll understand)
Animation 8/10 (it can be jarring in high movement sections but in some scenes such as the christmas scene it can be amazing)
Characters 10/10 (Peco and Smile are amazing characters with alot of depth but my favourite character was Kong Wenge who was a shining light of the brilliant character progression)
Enjoyment 10/10 (i enjoyed it from start to end and would recommend it to anyone)

Honourable mentions: Barakamon and Shingeki no Bahamut: Genesis

My opinion if the worst anime of the year is: Glasslip

Story 1/10 (seriously what a waste of time)
Music 3/10 (bland soundtrack)
Animation 5/10 (looks nice but there is alot of pauses in scenes and comes across as lazy compared to Nagi no Asukara
1/10 (the chicken was the most interesting character)
Enjoyment 1/10 (just don't put yourself through this)

Dishonourable mentions: Pupa and Wizard Barriesters

Above post:

Best: Okay so best anime of the year, i'd have to say Akame ga kill or Ping pong the animation, even though the ending of akame was ****e i can safely say most people still enjoyed it quite a bit.

Worst: I rarely watch enough of a crap anime to judge many things, though i'd have to say rail wars, was pretty lame or the DRAMAtical Murder crap just because yaoi.

Well that makes it way easier to decide.

Hands down Hunter x Hunter is a clear choice for me.

Story - 10/10 The amount of development and thought process in this show was just amazing. Yoshihiro Togashi is a brilliant writer, now if only he wrote more often.

Characters - 10/10 the development for these characters are also fantastically done. Just use Meruem for the biggest example on how he grew, won't go into spoilers though.

Animation - 9/10 could be very slightly better but compared to what they had from the manga, Madhouse did a glorious job making it more modern. Also those amazing fighting scenes.

Music - 8/10 Nothing super out of this world, they misuse the soundtrack from time to time, but when they get it right, boy do they get it right. Plus love the OP and ED.

Enjoyment 10/10 - An amazing journey that gets you hyped up all the way through. Slow yet a very strong beginning that leads to all the events that happens later on. Definitely the best Shonen series ever.

Worst is Glasslip

Total waste of time anime don't pretty much ruins everything in the ending and makes everything that happened, every small like plot progression, thrown right of the window. Only positive is that it's pretty, but if you are looking for art that is actually REALLY good, go watch Nagi no Asukara.

Can someone recommend me a good romance that has a satisfying ending?

What I have already seen:
- Chuunibyou
- Maid-Sama!
- Ouran High School Host Club
- Angel Beats
- Kids on the Slope
- The Pet Girl of Sakurasou
- Say "I Love You"
- Toradora!
- The World God Only Knows

Watching:
-Ao Haru Ride

A decent amount of episodes would be nice too. I am well aware of Clannad, but I don't want to start that just yet.

My favorite is Nodame Cantabile, it's like 23 episodes of pure entertainment, it has 2 seasons but i have yet to watch it.

Best 2014: Zankyou no Terror
runners up: PingPong; PsychoPass2; i gave Captain Earth a 6/10 because plot and action, but it still made me really happy when watching at some points.
Worst 2014: Akame ga Kill

I really enjoyed Kanon. It starts off a little slow though. I'd also check out Anohana and Byousoku 5 Centimeter if you're into stuff like that. I dunno if those endings are the type of thing you're looking for though.

My anime of 2014 is definitely Samurai Flamenco. That show went off the ****ing rails. No predictability. A storyline that was non existant. It was great stuff and I always looked forward to an episode each week. 6/10 show. 10/10 enjoyment.

Worst was Black Bullet. Holy **** that pacing was bad.

Fate/Stay Hyped Unlimited Budget Works tops it for me, even if it is a remake with a different route.

Worst; Wizard Barristers.
