When we hired her, she asked if she could make a new account and identity so that she could continue to interact with her friends without them acting differently due to her position.

It records public chat not private messages.

One of the big issues with harrassement cases and cases where people express very inappropriate and vulgar language was there was no proof unless a staff member saw it, being able to report someone who misuses public chat and saving what they said is an extremely helpful tool.

If you are saying something in public chat don't expect privacy it's common sense.
