The opening is what got me hooked right away.

I have finished watching fate stay night but skipped fate zero as I didn't know about it. Is okay for me to come arch now? Or have I spoiled it already?

It's a prequel series, so you ruined nothing. You'll just know how it ends.

Fate/Prototype (OVA, not sure who made it) was the early stages of the Fate/Stay Night series where Saber was a man and the protagonist was a female. Gender roles were swamped and this eventually became the Fate route.
Fate/Stay Night (Studio Deen) follows the Fate route.
Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works (Studio Deen, movie), follows, as in the title, the Unlimited Blade Works route.
Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works (Ufotable) follows, as in the title, the Unlimited Blade Works route
Fate/Stay Night Heaven's Feel (Ufotable, movie) follows, like the Blade Works routes, follows the Heaven's Feel route.

then there's the spinoff series; Fate/kaleid liner Prisma☆Illya which doesn't concern itself with the original except in characters/name only (Assuming)

Tokyo Ghoul √A is going down the Guilty Crown route and it's ****ing awful. I have no idea what's going on anymore. It seems like they just keep putting in mediocre fight scenes instead of plot.

I kinda laughed at the recent episode, and idk what just happened to kaneki but I actually wanna see more. Its not even close to guilty crown because guilty crown is a mistake, Tokyo ghoul however made it very far and Im sure kaneki isnt gonna end up deaf and alone listening to his dead gf's music. I also dont get some scenes but thats only the weird karate dude, and touka's brother saying "there you are pop"

I was thinking more Black Bullet but the fight scenes are definitely lacking.

But since this series is supposed to be different from the manga, I suppose they take that as an excuse to hop in the story Ferrari and step on the gas.

That's more of Aldnoah.Zero going down Guilty Crown's path. I mean GC atleast had amazing animation and soundtrack, TG has meh soundtrack and that animation last episode was just so bad, everything was so choppy and unrealistic.

It's exactly like guilty crown lol. First 12 episodes are weak dude who gets some strong powers. Then he upgrades those powers for the last twelve episodes, gets a little edgy dark theme going on, but finally turns out to be a really OK guy.
