Taking over a guild that was started by an admin after he got it to 2k hours is not the same thing as leading your own guild from scratch. It's easy to get noobs to join a guild when the leader is an admin.
The guy that had to bust his ass off to buy his own Bugatti knows more than the guy that got it from his rich daddy.:D
You can do both. Best of 5 series in GS and a competition for about 2 hours to see who can hold castle(or whatever tower) the longest while using the same amount of players.

It doesnt matter if it came from a staff member. I was the first leader of CxE it wasnt even made to tower at the start but it happen,
When we hit 2k and passed the hat out mostly everyone left to Zanza guild and I was really the only one left that was a lead along with Daniel Cecs Atira and a few others loyal member to me. Archon and many others left.
The guild wasnt a admin guild after 2k. people wanted me to be staff to make it run 10x easier but I told them to f off and i am not going to do that. I got loyal members and showed them how to lead without me when I couldnt get on or needed a break. CxE ran smoothly after awhile. We got ban for a month around 8k mark and it was really going to be hard to get it running again but it happen quickly all of the loyal members were ready and we got it to 10k.
Saying I didnt know how it was is bull crap. I worked my butt off to make it hit any hour 500 hours 1k 2k 3k 4k 5k 6k 7k 8k 9k 10k.
Cruxis the guidl was dead. Really the only reason why we got it 2k was because we had a few good members who knew how to attack and defend.
