I just use it for the IVs, I manually EV train them so it feels at least somewhat legitimate.

I use pokegen to get pokemon I can't normally get, but even then I breed them and manually EV train them, I don't understand IVs yet so yeah

Simply put, IVs are EVs you can't control without RNG abuse.

Apparently you can obtain a Torchic that gets a Speed Boost every turn if you get the game between the release date and October 12, I believe.

It has a Blaziken stone, too.

Speed Boost so OP in a competitive setting. Looks like Blaziken is gonna stay Uber tier.
