Okay I gotta eat crow. I was reading NeoGAF for most my influence on the election and the people there were really smug and arrogant about Hillary and that made me like them. Trump's bid on the rust belt with a unique departure from the republican platform on trade worked and got him states no one would expect. That departure from other republicans is what made the difference. There really was a silent majority pissed about losing their jobs that wasn't picked up on the polls. Hannity was right, all those conservative talk show hosts I thought were crazy and in denial were right. That "look how big trump's rallies are!" defense against the polls were right. I hope the republican congress stops his crazier ideas like the wall, muslim ban, and "fair trade". If that’s stopped, then I think things will be pretty normal.

Sorry for being an asshole. This really brought me down to earth.

Man I'm just going to laugh this off when he wins and just accept it. I feel like a fool too, but I stand by my decision.
