Kara no Kyoukai is amazing. For Spring 2015, my personal favorites are Ore Monogatari, Shokugeki no Soma, Fate UBW second half, Hibike! Euphonium, and Yamda Kun and Seven Witches.

Those series listed above are pretty good. Sorry for no summary on each series just in case you might wanted one.

Btw, if you are planning on watching Kara no Kyoukai, it has 7 episodes, and each episodes are about an hour to almost 2 hours long.

But it was animated by Ufotable and has good plot+matured theme to it, I think you'd like it and it's worth giving a watch

Is it wrong to try to pick up girls in dungeons, and Shokugeki no Sama are my favorites from this season. The new Nisekoi season has been interesting so far, same with My teen romantic comendy SNAFU.
