Maybe each gun and/or skin could have a different appearance. Like maybe some guns could glow, others shine/sparkle.

As fun as that sounds. No. Cmon this isnt "my little pony" where everything (including weapons) sparkle.
Now i wouldnt mind weapons that have a "shine" effect
