How about you set up something like this:
Level 1: The populous that follows the rules of Graal Gpics checked about once every month.
Level 2: The some people who mostly follow the rules but had a couple screw-ups once every 3 weeks
Level 3:people spend half their time on Graal banned. Once every week
Level 4: people with a history of uploading inappropriate and/or have many offenses against Graal, 3 times a week
Level 5: People who if all of their actions were totaled up, they would be banned for over a year. 4 times a week.

It's not a bad thing. I never understood why this wasn't done in the first place. Honestly.. you're trusting teenagers to abide by a moral code... Yeah. Good luck with that!

Yeah, IMO - I think the ''ec'' idea is good. Since some are new to the game, I think that they'd find it tempting (the idea of an ec if nothing inappropriate is uploaded) and that will keep them out of trouble. Every month or two I think.

You can enter an url as gangpic and you are not allowed to enter sites like google images or sites with pornographic content?

And/or put a limit on the amount of colors used in the gangpic.

Anyway- I think an achievement would be good, like "Upload a gang picture"; also incentive to own a gang too. I also like the idea of custom made ones- we'll see what we can do :D

Yea but when i do i like changing it alot, being able to show friends things i made etc, i tested it on classic and it sucked, i stuffed up a gpic and had to wait 30 mins to change it after waiting like 5 mins for it to be accepted

It just seems completely annoying to have to wait for a picture, then wait 30 minutes to change it back, this and talking to friends it the only reason i personally still go on era

Especially for the reason someone else posted, like stuffing up a picture and having to wait to change, since the gang picture loading gets really frustrating sometimes, often not zooming in all the way forcing you to try to zoom in and then quickly tap done to get it to save

Not to mention a hassle on the staff of having to check that aswell, its all fine when its new but like customs after a while they get bored of doing it.

What about making the gangpic upload up to 3 pictures so it changes every 5 mins and shows another photo. I would prefer putting customs/gang signs.

Maybe a new page where all the gang pics are shown (like in itunes where you see all the album covers). And another page that shows the latest gang pictures that were changed.

there should be a gang pics competition, to see what is the best every week! and the leader would get a 1-5 star rating + an ec.

I don't like the idea of EC being earned automatically. They're EVENT coins and should be treated so, not just a handy reward for good players.

Another idea. You can change view the gang pick before it's sent to admins and change it in case you've made a mistake. It'll be sent after 5 minutes of loading a picture. Problem soved :)

Mine is just a beautiful picture of lightening which will never be changed, oh id hate to be staff right now, with "CHECK CUSTOM UPLOADS PLZ ADIAM O AND MY GP!1!"
