A PRA or higher (i think) can transfer a gun if the person has 2 of this gun and that the other person doesn't already have one. However he can only transfer it as a gift from the person who has 2 (and not as a trade).

Hi. I don't know what to do with this thread now. I won a souzien so I do not need assistant with a transfer, so should I delete this thread, let a Mod do it or keep it for future references?
