Maybe the whole wearing the tag thing to have the hat thing shouldn't be added, rather being in the guild by itself allows you to wear the hat. It would suck to wear a certain tag in order to be fashionable. Unless you're able to keep the hat on once you have it on instead of it disappearing from your head once the tag comes off.
