Thats dumb spending 40 dollers for 1 item. But i would say to pm a pwa to see if they could help. Because that is there job.

I've had it too, it's probably because you were lagging and when you dropped it/ picked it up it disappeared... Atleast, if that was what you did. There are no logs for umbrellas (that was what I was told) so you can't prove it and therefor no one can help you :(

IP address "75.126.61.29" is located @ United States Texas
Else, all his other IP addresses are consistent with florida :3
So family member seems likely / friend.

Afterall though.. we had several warnings about dropping items for one reason or another..
