I've yet to see any agreement between Graalonline and the idevice players that gives Graalonline ownership of the uploads of the players. If there is such a thing it should be displayed in an obvious place and also at:
http://loginera1.graalonline.com:8080/submit.html
and
http://loginclassic1.graalonline.com:8080/submit.html
Otherwise, it could easily be argued that the players still own the content because they never were able to see such a thing.
In any case, the uploads are either property of the players, or graalonline. You need to realize that both you and CloudFlare are in fact, breaching copyright law because you are paying them for services. Arguably, you would not be paying them if you did want to host said content.
Also, directly from the CloudFlare terms of service:
Quote:
You agree that you will NOT knowingly use the Service, among other things, to:
upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
...
upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party;

You might as well get started removing the images and other copyrighted content now, rather than have forced downtime on your website while you fix things.
