Awesome to see people enjoy Delt staff o:. Except it's quite annoying when I have " - Working " in my name and people are messaging me like crazy about bugs and stuff.

Most of the staff went inactive due to holidays or other problems...
But we do try our best when the time comes in!

If you guys can make a list of everything that needs fixing, or want in a single thread, we'd review it in all angles, try to manage the possible ones, and for the others I bet there will be an explanation.

The staff team is being mixed with different projects, which makes us unstable at the moment... Let's not forget holiday and seasonal events, which are being recursive from time to time (similar to older events).
Remember that being part of the staff team is a voluntary job, we cannot commit most of our time nor reschedule certain events to help developing at an MMO.

Era is getting boring, I do agree, but we're trying the most we can not to make it this way.

And if you've completely raged at that server, just go check out another, we don't mind. It's all under one management, seeing your posts makes us think that all graal servers are at war or something like that.

You guys keep throwing this term around, "corrupt staff team" I'd seriously like to know who exactly IS corrupt and what makes them corrupt?

do we need to bury the staff team for the 5 millionth time? im getting really tired of burying the staff with facts and they have 0 defense. However, im not going to lie, the corruption is a little bit less than it was before.

and do i even have to post the whole conversation between me and jeni and snk on the era go thing? Because they banned me (again) for 0 reason.

You're annoying and try to start fights with everyone, I would of banned you to.

I don't try to start fights, i try to start debates, also your being a hypocrite, if its anyone your trying to start a fight.

we have made multiple lists of things that need fixing (especially weapon balancing and cutting down on the pay to win) and only 5% of those requests have been fixed. ]

Then make 49 more of these threads, 5% of each makes a hundred... Kidding.

Nobody told you guys to stick to one server though, you can always visit another when you're bored, then come back on a certain update or event.

One gets an urge to discuss something like this because Era has dug itself in a hole. We hate to see something that we've spent so much time on go to complete **** because quite frankly that's what it is. I've played Era for a very long time now and I hate to see it do this to itself. Some of us simply just want to help. Now, I'm not supporting some of these peoples ideas I'm simply here just stating an opinion.

While I don't agree that the staff is corrupt, I do agree that the PRs can do their job better and help others instead of showing off their powers to friends..

The staff isn't corrupt...

The PEOPLE are corrupt.

Really, ATM I can't see any problems with the staff.

They're keeping the server up and running,

Which anyone playing the game can feel thankful about.

I only complain about the people in the game.

They're mostly arrogant and immature.

The problem is,

YOU CAN'T FIX THE PEOPLE.

YOU CAN'T CONTROL PEOPLE.

And that's perfectly fine if you can't.

You can have a good game,

But you can never have a good community.

Making me want to play zone....bored of classic all together, as well as era. Delteria as well, since I completed all the quests.
