I have been warned like 5-6 different times for different things but never banned. I have seen people and friends get banned for what is imho overly necessary periods of time (3-6mo's worth of ban time). I'm not saying what the did or what people do is right and they shouldn't get punished. Just that maybe they could do shorter term bans for things. For example: bad language ban them for a week a most not months.

As for the friend only pm's I have seen admin's do that before and the crappy part about it was some of them would do trivia but you would have to be on their admin account friends list to be able to pm them the answer. In any case IMO admin's should always have to be open to all pms and be ready to help people.

It's not like they replace people that leave, especially when it comes to devs. if somebody shows interest in the position (and is qualified), then they may get it. Honestly, the majority of coders are mature and wouldn't act like idiots.

The chance a dev bans you is probably 1/500. I imagine they'd only ban you if they saw you doing something terribly wrong.

Did you skip everything I just said? I said the chance a dev bans you is probably 1/500. You said that you were banned for something that you deem unjust. A dev didn't ban you. A gp did. Grow up.
