dosen't need to have this because era has proven that this system of squads works, and it works good. If you want to stop hat chasers, do what era did and reduce the squad hat reward size from like 17 to 6. Then at like 3000 hours, get a squad station that is public and theres a second hat thats only available to your members and allies until you go off tag. If you are off tag and log out, you do not keep the hat. In era this was not an issue.
