Staff is a complete waste of time imo. Instead of volunteering to put money in a corrupt company's pocket, go volunteer in your community to help out people that actually need it. And when it comes time for you to apply for college, I'm sure that 100 volunteer hours in a soup kitchen will look better than 100 volunteer hours on Graal Online Classic :).

I agree with this. If you enjoy helping people, don't be iClassic's "hero". Become your town's hero. Plus, it looks great when you're applying for college.

I think what someone else said was a pretty good point. You are literally babysitting thousands of preteens and man-children. Have you ever gone to some of the denser packed areas of Graal City and seen some of the absolute filth festering there? That horrible filth is what you will be responsible for monitoring at all times, a GP is on the staff team just to work with that filth, and help it with it's problems. You will spend your time sitting in your mothers living room on the computer being harassed by 9 year olds, attempting to even understand the words that they message you, and then politely explain to them why they are wrong; and they are always wrong. You will go through this every single day, until you get so sick of the crap that gets thrown your way you decide it is probably easiest to just ban every ****lord that turns your way, and let the poor sap that reads ban appeals deal with it. While you are doing absolutely nothing for yourself, you are not "furthering your leadership skills", you are sitting in front of a computer herding children with no greater intelligence than the dumbest of sheep. All the while your actual peers are out playing sports, studying schoolwork, interacting with actual people, or working a real job; things that will actual help them one day, you are sitting on your ass becoming a worse person.

That was very well said and I agree with this. Doing actual things for your community is far more beneficial than having the need to be the parent of players in Graal. You develop better skills and also may gain connections to jobs and/or colleges.

I added it to my Canadian Armed Forces application and it definitely helped me through the hiring process. Could also be because I applied for an Aerospace Control Operator which heavily focuses on monitoring computers and radars. I now have my conditional offer after which I need to go through a medical test and BMT before my AC Op training.

Serving on an online server isn't nothing. For the past two years, I can say with good conscious that I prevented hundreds of sexual predators on this game. That's what I took out of my experience.
