Yeah, I like the idea of bug levels and experience. ^^

Bugs are really messed up currently and its annoying people, i used to get every bug, now i can hardly get them into my jar, also the spawn rate is low now. I thought this was because of the recent Easter bunny event but now bunnies are gone and it isn't fixed.

try adding a witch like in the graal classic that say thing about what kind a bug that she want today and making the price double

I changed the amount of bugs, which can be on the map at any time, from 120 to 200. Hopefully this helps.

The reason why the bug count seems to be so low is because a lot of bugs get stuck in areas were you can't catch or see them. Also when bugs are around for a while they get glitch and therefore become uncatchable so and easy fix would be to add a kill command that every hour or 2 all the bugs die. Then they respawn and this would fix a lot of the bug problems IMO.

The leveling itselfis a great idea. Having to do all these other things to catch bugs is not.. I say just let them wander. Also, ever 15 levels or so, your jar is upgraded, so at level 15, your jar can hold 2 bugs instead of one!

I think if they would let this happen, it should be at a higher level, probably the maximum or near that. Catching 2 bugs per jar seems very op, so if it is implemented it should be an end goal.

Same here I am not sure about this Idea but lets try! If it didnt turn out well there is 2 options Remove it? or Improve it. Then goes back to the normal bug catching style of no experiences

And 1 Thing! We never love Ol'West because it's easy to earn and such but, we loved how it was made and being developed by super active admins and dev. They take the voices of each player and took it as a key to gain our loyalty. <3

More Bugs
 

This is a very good idea for levels, but there are very little bugs. Why not add a legendary bug or a mythical bug? It could have a really high level than the others

I was hoping for a rare version of each bug. They would be sold for the regular price, but it's cool to show off and it would be aesthetically pleasing. Perhaps the jar could even turn into a different color, like a gold-ish tint.
