Once its accepted, It may not be forcefully removed by the owner/uploader unless the Owner/Uploader removes it. If, for some ungodly reason, Graal is presented with a copyright takedown notice, or reasons to not be disclosed, custom uploads may be taken down.

If your scared of your head being refunded then wear a mask that covers your face. Staff have no way of checking

The only thing we do not allow is hats on the head and lots of animations. So I don't know what is going on with the head removals. We will check the logs to see who has been doing it. Also send a support ticket if this happens to you with you account numbers that way we can actually investigate it.

This thread needs to be closed considering it's a support issue and we have a support site for this stuff.

I recommend implementing a system where it is more complicated to have a head removed. Not just one staff deeming so. Once it is accepted it is grandfathered in. If staff finds a problem with one already accepted, they should refer to the managers instead of taking matters into their own hands.

Then refund the heads of these special admins. haha.

Did you even read what I said? Because you are basically still crying over things I already said were ok. Well allow ANYTHING except hats ON the head and lots of animations. I didn't say mask or anything else. The staff have already been talked to about refunds.

Actually, ironically, it truly appears you did not read what I said. How funny.

The base of the problem is the same within all current iServers. You allow staff members to be able to delete things people have already paid for (and got accepted). This should not be a normal problem, so there is no need for normal staff members to all have this ability. They should be instructed to tell people higher up rather than thinking its their job to take things into their own hands.

Anyways, I can see why the majority of people on Graalians have abandoned zone. You have a terrible way of representing yourself here. I submitted a post informing you of where the actual problem roots from and you got defensive and started telling me I was crying.

What a very immature way for anyone to carry themselves. I wasn't even attacking you just showing my input. Input can be a very valuable thing. The mindset of thinking you always know best is a tragic flaw at best. Even the most powerful man in the world receives input and advice from many different people, and even pays and praises them for it. If you think shutting others down to have everything your way (without even reading what they had to say) makes you powerful, I am afraid to tell you it just simply makes you idiotic.

Heads being refunded
 

The only issue with that is high staff are not always available. The heads get refunded (not deleted) fully meaning you lost nothing. So when they see an illegal head that they at least think is an illegal head they remove it from the players accounts. Which they are doing their jobs. However, they sometimes refund a head that was ok which I agree sucks. All the player has to do is reupload it to the server and it will be accepted.

As I already stated I have spoken to the staff already about this issue. So hopefully they shouldn't be confused about what is allowed and what isn't from now on.

So like I said over and over again this thread needs to be closed as this is a support issue and not a forums issue. Another reason why we (era and zone) don't use these forums anymore.
