"I am going to waste my time copying his graal#, spending a minute or so using the ban tool, going to fill out other ban forms to record this, rather than blocking him or just ignoring him"

I'm sure no power hungry, abusive admin would dare to spend a few precious minutes of their life writing out a ban form.
I mean, as they say, "yolo". Better not waste any time writing out a ban report when they could be wasting time on a game!

In Zone, you need evidence that the player did something bad, using other programs such as Gyazo. Video capture them if they boost, glitch etc, or a picture.

My iEra account was stolen because someone hacked into my email account, not because I was account sharing.

Talked to microsoft numerous times, they can't recover my account.

Submitted a ticket with evidence, "Ticket viewed" but not answered.

GG, MD. Account has been stolen for 8 months and you sit around and do nothing.

Not to mention this is the seventh support ticket I've made.

They wont tell u what they check and lift ur ban. So ppl cant find a hole to get out.

I contacted nexon both s.korea and america for my acc issue and answered me in a week.
