It's official: the lag is the reason we can't have nice things.

Is it possible that the swords and shields are contributing most to the lag? @Dusty

Yes, possibly. There are over 15,000 public shields so I'm going to give it one last test run without the sword and shield randomization and see if survives.

Out of curiosity, do you know if Graal uses a CDN or something for the heads/swords/shields or is it all loaded from the same server as the game itself?

Also, some are reporting the shield/sword isn't changing now, or it isn't changing always.

works, theres no lag.

I had removed it due to it being the main source of lag, but reimplemented another method for grabbing random swords/shields that seems to be holding up fairly well.

There is a CDN that is definitely used by the flash/facebook client. Not sure if iOS uses it though.

It'd be really nice if there was a command to see what the individual pieces of my outfit were. That way if I found something I really liked in my randoming then I could utilize it for different outfits
