GITTTTTTTTTTT, trust me when I tell you illegal immigrants are not the ones taking your professional work.

No, you don't understand. The people who don't speak out language that are coming into the country with no money and in debt are taking all our white collar jobs!!!

Brick 09-12-2015 08:40 PM

I actually have a few friends that are illegal Mexican immigrants. They got full-ride scholarships to the college of their choosing just because they're Mexican. So maybe the older generations of illegal immigrants aren't taking white collar jobs, but the next generations are on that track.

Oh no you mean someone who starts off with huge disadvantages could use help reaching the same position as you? What a ****ing crisis!

If that was the case he would be focusing on all these rich companies resourcing their jobs to 3rd world countries. That's killing americans more than illegal immigration.

Read the back of an iphone
"Designed by apple in CA Assembled in China" if they could find Chinese people to design the iphone for peanuts they would do it.

No i know they arent taking "professional work". They are taking the low level jobs that us citizens need and adding in an extra 11million people to an already extremley competitive company AND they will literally work for less than minimum wage or minimum wage. Along with that they are remakably cheaper to hire because since they are not citizens of the united states, they do not need the extra pay for supporting a family, health care, and more. They are legit the cheapest fourm of labor and the only thing that beats them out is slaves. Remember, companies like money, if you have a illegal immigrant who will work at minimum wage with no benifits vs a US citizen who has rights to a ton of benifits and is required by law to be paid more than minimum wage. Its a no brainer the company is going to hire the immagrent. Thats like an extrA 100$ that they save by paying the immagrent over the citizen.

Fixed by stopping the immense taxes on the companies so it can actually make sense financially to not outsource the work. Companies are going to make money whether people like it or not. Trying to stop them by taxing their work at home is just going to lead them to take their money and jobs elsewhere because it makes them more money.

And I pray one day that the 1% that everyone complains about takes their money elsewhere and watch what happens to America without the massive amount of support it gets through taxation of all of these corporations and people.

Spoiler
The nation will die because nobody has the rich people's free money to go spend on their xbox and cocaine.

I don't know how true this is, but there are scholarships that are specifically for a certain group.

If the next generation takes your jobs it won't be as illegal immigrants. 1. I don't see many companies hiring illegal immigrants for skilled/educated positions. 2. DACA was passed for the sole purpose of getting students the required documents to work legally in the United States.

If your friends were smart enough to get full ride scholarships they were smart enough to apply for the DACA program as soon as it was made available which would take the tag of "illegal immigrants"

I'm not a law expert, but I'm almost positive that the government has no laws that dictate how much and employer should pay an employee(besides the minimum wage law of course)

If I'm wrong I would appreciate a link.

12 years of free education and US citizens can't do better than minimum wage?

WHAT?
Everyone needs health care. The health care is a joke in this country. I hate to break it to you, but you get rid of every illegal immigrant in the country and you minimum wage americans wouldn't be able to afford health insurance.

The real problem is the lower working american class. They want to clean bathrooms for a living, but expect full health benefits, paid vacation days, pension plans, and bonuses. They want 15 minute breaks every hour. They could easily be hired over the "illegal immigrant" but according to them they're not "slaves"

You know what other labor is cheaper than illegal immigrants? Chinese citizens working in china. Indian citizens working in India.

You know what the worse part about this ignorance is? Your government will offer top students from other countries in important fields full scholarships to schools in America and then hired them over their own citizens. Does anybody ever mentions that?

But who's the loser here? US government? The companies? The people?

Which goes back to my point, they take jobs away from their fellow US citizens

Loser is the people, cause is the heavy taxation by the government.

I was only trying to point out the problem. This is one thing I guarantee Trump would fix, though I still don't think he'll win a general election.

I'm not sure how the taxes work, but I would guess that companies get taxed more when they take their manufacturing overseas. I think the incentive of doing that is the savings from cheaper labor. I did some google searches and if I did them right, minimum wage ranges from $1-2 an hour. Not counting the stuff companies have to pay for each employee on a weekly basis (benefit/insurance stuff)

Right, they do this because there is significant benefit as opposed to doing it in the States because it costs more. It costs more to do it in the States because government makes it so. There are tradeoffs however, seen in that people like to buy products made in the USA. However, despite that publicity, the price of doing so does not outweigh the amount of people who will buy the product due to it being from the US. This is why they move it overseas. The rich will get richer whether people like it or not, which is what a lot of people fail to see. If the situation gets much worse, the rich will begin to move all their money to Swiss banks and the economy will hit rock bottom in the States.

I'd want Donald Trump over any Democrat. He's not my first choice tho. (PROBABLY MY SECOND CHOICE)

Why?

SouthernZombie* 09-18-2015 05:07 PM

Why do I feel like he wants to start a war???

comics 09-18-2015 05:21 PM

Because I like Rand Paul a little more because I'm a Libertarian. I might vote for Trump over him though because Rand isn't winning in the polls and my vote might be wasted if I do.
