Now I'm not from the UK, so my opinion on this matter is of little importance. That being said, I found this article that that had some points that reminded me of the reasons the US declared independence from Britain back in the day.

20 reasons you should vote to leave the European Union
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016...uropean-union/

Is it true you guys aren't allowed to have Dyson vacuum cleaners?

That article seems incredibly biased but there's always reasons why those rules are put in place that might not always be obvious.

The BBC do a good overview of the pros and cons of the EU: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politic...endum-36027205

And yes we have Dyson vacuums, I'm guessing certain models are banned here though based on that article.

I'm actually fricking suprised majority voted leave.. only time will tell if this is good or bad(Obviously there will be few years to re-establish what's going to happen)

Most who voted out was basically take back control of our own laws etc also think the Eu will crumble same time uk will be sorting **** out, sure there will be struggles(Prices raised/taxed more/less benefits) but that was always going to happen when taking a big risk.

OH and to put out to all the Americans this EU debate has been media bias from start to remain in! So take it as you will and vote, don't back out of voting for your next president.

If I was British I would vote to stay. I'm not too educated though and have questions for people who vote to leave.

1. You guys are tiny, how could you support yourself if you leave. I don't know too much about Britain but as a tiny island I can't imagine you have much industry.

2. As far as I know David Cam wants to stay, isn't it a little concerning your PM isn't confident you'd make it on your own.

Lol, Britain was built on lots of different industrial work back in the day only reason they ended up in eu was because of the war and to become closer to other countries but also by doing this we cut out trades with many countries and had to go of laws made/accepted in brussels.

and @David Cameron he was original person to want out of the EU and made the referendum happen for majority verdict then started to backtrack on himself because now he'll soon be done for.

EDIT: David Cameron Has just resigned.

Thallen 06-24-2016 08:32 AM

Cameron just stepped down

Crono 06-24-2016 09:04 AM

This was the expected outcome of a leave vote, but hopefully things will improve in the long run.

No. He promised to hold one during the General Election. He never wanted to hold a vote, he was pressured into doing so.

Damn, that's sort of sad for the young people. It's the old British people who voted the most to stay, and they only have around 20 or less years of their life. Pretty much 60% of young people wanted to stay compared to 20% to leave. They have to live for the next 70 years with the decision the old people made.

Honestly, for these long term situations, young people's votes should be weighted more heavily than seniors.

Oh yeah actually it was Gordon Brown who first brought debate around then David Cameron decided that it was time to have the vote on the eu(After they give some offer) He did say in one of the vids/press conferences that UK would be ok outside of the EU but then later on Once campaigns started stuck with remain, that is very understandable because of his role/would be affected-that we now know he's resigned after losing debate(October for next person in)

I thought we'd remain in to be honest, but it's the turnout that ultimately decides and many who was undecided should have registered to vote and vote to remain if was unsure on decision.
