I would actually like some humanoid morphs. And maybe add a grab gani (triggers me that you cant grab as a morph) and pretty much do everything a normal player can do. For example a skeleton or a ninja morph

Some thoughts on 2017 VIP
Ganis Not sure how many skilled gani artists classic has, but It would be neat to see some one-time VIP gani items spread out here and there. People really seem to love funny little animations like the butt shake, jiggle, etc. some ideas: - october: holding a glowing pumpkin - holding a flapping chicken pet above your head (like zelda - I think that would be fine considering the first VIP item was navi) - moonwalk dance - jumping jacks - sitting down eating spaghetti Juggles Shouldnt be a common VIP item, that way people will still buy juggles from nexus, but might be a nice way to spice things up. Jump ropes Special jump ropes are rarely sold, so it would be cool to see a some as VIP items. Morphs - Water Morphs. These morphs would work on land and in water. That includes flying or water animation. This would give them special value. - Glowing morphs. It was done for Navi, and I think modern players would be really into it. - Costumes. Sure, I hated costumes back when they were a regular for VIP, but now that the GAT is packed with amazing pixel artists, I think its a great opportunity for some less realistic, for fun items. Temporary Items These items would only be in the players inventory when subscribed, they are the same for every VIP member. If the temp item was released in February, and someone buys VIP in march, that item would still appear in the temp folder. - Sign item only available while subscribed. It could say VIP on it and could be held like an umbrella (able to move and sit while holding it) Furniture A treat for those house enthusiasts. An uncommon VIP reward could be a furniture set. This would include a unique couch, table, chair and maybe a small decorative item. Since it would be a pretty good deal I think alot of players would go for it. oh yeah, and the items would sell for 0 gralats since they were free. Subcategory: Pets Decorative item could be replaced by a pet. VIP Shop VIP subscribed only shop that could be located outside Graal City. In this store there could be special items for sale. The shop would act more like a themed shop (nexus, crypt, rev) and only be open a handful of times a year. The items would be priced at below average. - Hats Animated? - Food The food could give a special status effect, so players would be more likely to buy alot and collectors will kill for it after a year or so. - Heads for 8k - Indexed Bodies? Accessories Ol' West recently introduced a new item type called accessories. I haven't played Ol' West since they came out but they looked pretty cool. I think adding accessories to the VIP shop or as an item for the month is a nice idea. Tbh I think accessories should just be added to the game in general, it adds alot more opportunity to create new things and adds another layer of customization to the player. |
Sadly the gani-type foods don't trade - jellybeans, drinks, popcorn... they can't be placed on a plate.
Bugs - works for mounts and morphs - easily reskinnable for alt versions - literally millions of kinds out there! - Suggest Beetles, ants, millipede/centipede Reptiles - again, many colors, easily reskinned - many have the same basic anatomy of other mounts - Suggest lizards (chameleon from blob is awful), snake, komodo dragon Foods - The apple is cute, and similar template could be adapted to more fruits - Flying chocolate chip cookie mount anyone? - Desserts, especially, could be fun - Suggest holiday-themed food items, foreign foods (sushi for example), exotic fruits and vegetables Pets - A few have been done but there are many kinds that could be - Other than cats or dogs, there are many types - Again, foreign pets make for interesting subjects - Suggest Chow Chow, Samoyed, Budgie, other cats Dinosaurs - Again, a few have been done, but not enough! - With the irregular giraffe mount template many options open up - 2-p mounts (and small morphs) could be doable as well - Suggest anklyosaurus, diplodocus, archaeopteryx, triceratops Clockworks - Something of a staple technology in many pseudo-medieval settings - Basically anything can be skinned to become clockwork - Steam effects add to global warming - Suggest clockwork horse, clockwork rhino, ornithopter, clockwork buggy |
On a slightly more serious note, i think multiuser interactive stuff is always fun.
Purely cosmetic Can always be fun. Players already seem to like interactive stuff. Of course, these things should only be usable in non-PVP areas. but can always be fun. Popup bar: deploy a bar with 3 stools that players can sit on with the item owner being the bartender (random ganis to show drinking, bartender polishing bar, serving drinks etc) DJ Booth: deploy a DJ and maybe a mini dancepad which players can choose to interact with Cosmetic Duels: Allows you to challenge a player to a friendly gani-based duel. Random choose sword fighting, pistols and maybe just slapping. Server determines a winner and sets each player winning/losing animation. Deployable Table / Picnic Blanket: Just drops a 4 seat table you can click to sit on. Could show random animations (passing food, taking a drink etc). Bit more fitting of VIP status Getaways: Monthly thing but perhaps every month, VIP members can warp to a specially created area to view. Maybe sneak previews, maybe something silly. Just something. Far more interactive (maybe not VIP material?) Two person vehicle where players each control one side of the vehicle aka left and right (alternating to move forward). Need to work together to get anywhere (think of those two-people swan boats). Added benefit: can have races with this kind of thing. If I was still working there, this is the kind of stuff I prob would have put in that Events Shop.
